Each unit is available for purchase through a single-stage, sealed bid process. Bids for each individual unit and/or the offering as a whole must be submitted no later than Friday, September 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. Notification of successful bid will be provided within 7 days. The targeted closing date of transaction(s) is early December 2026..
THE PROPERTY
The Pioneer Pines offering is located in regions that have a deep-rooted history of timber production and a well-established network of forest product mill outlets. Institutionally managed for decades, Buckatunna and Horseshoe are highly productive timberland properties that are operationally accessible through a combination of public roads, private roads, easements, and internal woods roads. The properties offer immediate cash flow from timber harvests, consistent annual recreational lease income, and low annual property tax obligations.
